an initial fee of around £55 million with Lyon, who could receive another £9m
in add-ons. The deal comfortably surpasses the £42m that Tottenham paid Ajax
for Davinson Sanchez in 2017.

on a seven-year contract and Portugal’s Benfica confirming the amount of
the transaction.
Portugal
international Felix made his first-team debut for Benfica last season, helping
the Lisbon side win the Portuguese league title with 15 goals and seven assists
in 21 starts.

Eden Hazard finally
sealed his dream move to Real Madrid this summer - and he's been backed to
deliver success for the Spanish giants.
Hazard has signed a
five-year contract to join Real in a deal that could rise as high as
£130million once all bonus payments come into play.
The flat fee will hit
£100m, with Chelsea happy to allow Hazard his big switch for that price

million euros.
His
latest transfer to the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu is worth around 60m euros and
30 percent of the fee being paid by Real Madrid will go to Benfica as well.
Although just 21
years of age, he took Germany and Europe by storm last season with 27 goals and
seven assists.
Many other clubs were
interested, but Real Madrid moved ahead of the pack.
He is a goalscorer
who can help out Karim Benzema, as he is a great finisher and is also great in
the air even if he's not especially tall at 1.81 metres.
With Eder Militao and
Rodrygo already signed and Eden Hazard and Ferland Mendy on the way, Real Madrid's
summer has started well.
