Did you know that practising good deeds is actually for ourselves? Of course it is to provide and give the best to others but actually it is mostly for our self-being. Surely many of us has forget to practise good deeds in a long time as we too, are just a human being with lot of flaws. But, try to be mindful for once. Take the time just to treasure you alone and the results might be beyond expectations. Here are some ways on how to practise goods for your own benefits ;
This is very important. You don't want to ruin your relationship with others around you so never hold any grudge against someone. Try to control yourself even how angry you are at the moment beacuse you might regret your act later. If someone pissed you off, be professional and handle them in gentle ways and apply rationalism.
Rezeki include foods and drinks. I give you an example. When you see your friend cannot afford to buy a meal, you can share your foods with him even if what you got is only enough for yourself, plus you are in extreme hunger. Remember, God is actually testing you whether you can share your rezeki or not. As result, you already made someone happy simply by just sharing what you've got.
Even the smallest thing matters. Thus, be grateful and express gratitution towards it. It simply show you are a greteful person and will trick your mind to be one. Just as it’s beneficial to keep track of what we’ve done, it’s also good to notice what we have. For example, you can keep a journal by your bed, and note the things that you feel lucky to have. Everything from clean sheets to a good friend is worth noting.
Whatever it is, as long it hurts nobody, do it as your pleasure. Remember, life too short for all the bullshits so leave from any toxic environment and be happy. You can do a lot of things from smallest to the biggest if you start to make a move. Be determine to be good and FEEL good. Even smallest thing can make a change.
