that you get the proper nutrition for muscle growth and to keep your
body clean and healthy. It also helps to avoid diseases.

Last but not least, sleep. Working out and eating healthy helps but
it won't work if you don't get enough sleep. Your sleeping time the time
for your body to rest and recover. It is when your body heals and regenerates
muscle tissues that have been damaged and it is when your body fully digests 
and absorbs all the nutrients and vitamins that you have ingested.
