THE LEADER ADMIRE
Leader as we know is a person who leads a group of people on a path towards success and greatness. Leader are the one carrying most responsibilities in a certain group no matter what group it is. A family, mafia, sports team, also required a leader . A leader needs to have lots of qualities as well as leadership skills buried in him in order to lead the peoples successfully.
A person that i admire is Dominic Toretto who's a leader of a street racing gang. Dominic Toretto is a very respectful person and well known to others in the street racing world. Dominic had been racing illegally his whole life. Trough out the years, he had been searching for people he could trust to build a family of his own.
The gang under the lead of 'Dom' all have their own expertise not only about cars is what making the group succeed in their crime world. Dom had been making a great job in recruiting his own group members. Dom had his this character that makes people put the trust in him. Dom not just created a normal gang who just did robbery for their living, he did create a family among them. The kind of trust to each others is the quality that is hard to be made among the group. For Dom whats important is just his family.
The group is so successful in planning a job done had make the police need Dom's team to take down other other criminals. Dom had bring the gang become very very successful under his commands.
In conclusion, I admire dom for his leadership in building the gang and also the family to the best of they could become without neglecting any of the members. For me anything is possible if you have the right team with the same mindset and vision for the group.
